Workshop for Measles Rubella-Acute Flaccid Paralysis (MR-AFP) surveillance and routine immunisation covering all the blocks under Mon district was conducted from August 24 to September 1.
In a press release, National Health Mission (NHM) Mon, district media officer informed that RRT (WHO), Dr. Mero worked round the clock in facilitating training to the healthcare workers by travelling each block.
Various topics were covered and district weekly review meeting was also conducted.
Dr. Mero also stressed on sensitisation, investigation and ways to strengthen the system in the district, timeline and rollout plan of MR case-based surveillance.
