Red Ribbon Club and the Red Cross Society of St. Joseph’s College, Jakhama organised a “blood donation drive cum orientation programme” on March 5 at their college campus where the faculty and students voluntarily donated blood. At the orientation programme the team from NSACS spoke about the importance of blood donation and the general misconception about donating blood.
The team from NSACS was headed by assistant director NSACS (Youth Affairs) Ainato Yeptho, assistant director Blood Safety, NSACS, Alipoker, chairman Blood Donor Association, Kohima Bendang Imsong along with a medical team from Naga Hospital, Kohima.
