Bridge closure

ADC Medziphema informed that bridge connecting Khaibung and Zhuikhu has been closed for repair.
ADC said all forms of vehicular traffic will be restricted from Sept 5-24, 2025.
Commuters are advised to use the alternate route via Moava to Sainik School, Punglwa, and onward to Jharnapani during the closure period.
The order will remain in effect until the completion of the repair works and further notification from the district administration.
