BRO installs hydel electricity project

15 Border Roads Task Force in convergence with NEPeD has executed its  4th  scheme of installing hydrogers for meeting the power requirements of its camps and detachments spread all over the remote areas of Nagaland. 
The 3KW scheme for the BRO camp at Km 20 on the new road under construction i.e. Botsa –Ziezou-New Relan-Bokajan was inaugurated on June 27 by A. K Bhatnagar, in the presence of commander 15 BRTF Col S. P Yadava, officers, subordinates and labourers  of 89 RCC and the team members of NEPeD.  
The chief engineer, project Sewak appreciated the initiative undertaken by 15 BRTF in executing such schemes in convergence with NEPeD. He highlighted the need and necessity for ensuring the basic needs of electricity for all the labourers and border roads personnel deployed for construction of this road.  Col S. P Yadava, in his vote of thanks appreciated the role of NEPeD and highlighted the tremendous scope of tapping the renewable sources of energy.
