As we live in the atmosphere of 21st Century, every span of time we see the whole world is advancing extremely changing in many fields.
Our human existence and the nature of our living standard today can’t be comprehend to those of our forefathers age from village life ( Manual Farming system to Technological World) .Today as we see the whole world is at WAR not with power of Guns , Tank or Artilleries or even snipper guns but instead using sophisticated unman drones in the skies and Iron Domes and Lazer guns and Robotics systems replacing humans is what an advancement prevailing situation today. Whether we like it or not we the Nagas too moving ahead with an atmospher together with the outside world towards civilization. And in line with this, I would like to share my inputs to the esteemed responsible Naga Leaders and decision makers in the society to seriously think out of the box to plan with a futuristic Vision for the small state of ours Nagaland to a City state style, specially in places like Dimapur , Kohima and the rest of the Districts and Towns etc. Towards all these aspects I would like to share my humble suggestions to the responsible Naga Leaders if these inputs could be implemented for the benefit of general Naga Citizens would be a dream accomplished. The people of Nagaland are very thankful and appreciates the central Govt initiated by the present Nagaland state Govt for building Concrete Roads ( Presently plying 4 Lane Roads from Assam to Kohima ( still under- construction) & Purana Bazar to Patkai Bridge Completed and other state Districts connecting Road is highly applauded.
And here are Some of my personal humble suggestions to the esteemed concern Leaders or Rulers of today to seriously ponder upon.
Suggestion 1. Dimapur Supper Market should be conveted to NAGALAND MEGA SHOPPING MALL ( ALL IN ONE ) providing avenues to Young upcoming Naga entrepreneurs as long as there is a provisions .
Suggestion 2. All connecting Roads across Dimapur City should be build with European technology PAVER ROAD BLOCKS for long lasting duration e. g in Assam most of the Districts has been constructed with PAVER BLOCKS beautifully replacing old style of bitumen black topping plaster Roads system (which last a months and damage every season).
Suggestion 3 : Master plan for Newly Districts especially Chumukedima & Niuland before its too late.
Suggestion 4. Setting up NAGALAND CITY PLANNING COMMITTEE comprises of various professionals ,Technical experts with futuristic Visionary group in a long run would definitely bring changes in Nagaland city development aspects .
Suggestion 5. If possible underground cabling system of electricity instead of old style multiple messy electric posts and wires everywhere, especially Dimapur Chumukedima & Niuland will surely solve irregular supply of power for the consumers like other metro cities .
Suggestion 6. Set Separate Committee on street lights especially 4 lanes and highways for maintenance & beautification.
Suggestion 7. More FLYOVER BRIDGES in Dimapur like Burma camp to Nagaland gate, Nagarjan to Thahekhu gate ,
Nagaland gate via Notun Bosti to DC court to Diphu Road fly over bridge to avoid traffic congestion. Purana Bazar to 4 Lane flyover bridge via Khughovi village to 4 Lane.
Suggestion 8. Cable car in and around Kohima town for easy office goers, especially from science college to new Secretariat complex etc
There are many more to be added but as a wake up call , these are the major issues I have been sharing with many liked minded personalities but after all it all depends on the decision & policy makers, concern Leaders and the govt of the day to bring all these into reality is solely under the hands of the govt of the day to seriously decide upon and start implementing wisely.
