Commander-in-Chief, Naga Army, Federal Government of Nagaland, ‘Maj. Gen.’ Pezangulie Khelietsu, condoled the demise of ‘Maj. Gen.’ Paming, son of late Sangmong, of Ningshit village, the incumbent General Officer Commanding, Eastern Command, Naga Army, FGN on February 8.
In a condolence message, Khelietsu, said Paming joined National Defense Service on June 30, 1976 and served the Naga nation with dedication, sincerity and loyalty in various capacities. He added that Paming’s demise was a great loss to the Naga Nation and that the vacuum left by him would be difficult to fill. FGN extended condolences and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
