Capital College holds teachers’ orientation

DIMAPUR

Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Capital College conducted a Teachers’ Orientation Programme on July 7, under the theme “Transformative Pedagogy for Empowering Students.”
The programme aimed to prepare faculty members for the new academic session with a focus on student-centred and outcome-based teaching. Assistant Professor Theja Lohe (Department of Tenyidie) moderated the session and welcomed the participants.
Session I was led by IQAC Coordinator, Opangmenla Jamir, on the topic “Changing Goals and Objectives of Education.” Session II was conducted by Dr. Rukulu Kezo (Department of English), focusing on blended pedagogy.
The programme concluded with a Q&A session and vote of thanks.
