Career orientation for job seekers in Kiphire

District Administration Kiphire has notified that a Career Orientation and Job Opportunity Session will be held on August 8 at Zisaji Presidency College Auditorium from 11 am to 3 pm.
A DIPR report informed that the event will be organised in collaboration with Eagle Crest Training Academy & Consultancy under the Nagaland Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Mission (NSEDM), with focus on employment opportunities in the hospitality and service sectors. It will provide guidance to youth through skill-based training and placement support.
School and college graduates, job seekers, and interested individuals have been encouraged to attend. The event will include sessions on hospitality careers, interaction with officials, and registration for upcoming training batches.
All Government Higher Secondary Schools, High Schools, Private Schools, and Colleges in Kiphire district have been directed to send at least 12 student participants each.
The initiative aims to equip participants with employability skills and introduce them to real-world career prospects.
