The Chakhesang Baptist Church Kohima (CBCK) organised 1st edition of Smash Fellowship (Badminton tournament) at Multi-Purpose Indoor Stadium, Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA) Kohima on Saturday.
Organizing Committee member Vechiso informed that the tournament aims to bring the church members together to play for good health and establish good camaraderie.
CBCK church council president Neposo Theluo declared the tournament open and later gave away prize to the winners.
Earlier, CBCK senior pastor Rev. Dr. Kevekhalo Lasuh invoked God’s blessings.

In 50+ category, Champion: Vethihu Kezo & Ruyosuyi D Vadeo; Runners-up: Vechiso & Vetsuto Nyekha
In 60+ category, Champion: Sachopra Vero & Rev. Dr. Kevekhalo Lasuh; Runners-up: Vekhozo Khamo & John Lohe.
