Capital College of Higher Education (CCHE) Kohima, conducted a career talk on August 19, at Sahitya Sabha Hall, Kohima. A press release by the college stated that CCHE principal Dr. Zokho Venuh, in his address encouraged the students to emulate the alumni and guide the students.
Kazia Zhimo, Front Manager, Pantaloons, Nagaon, Assam, in her speech told the students to culturally accept one another with respect and broadened their mentality. She also dwelt on the prospect of retail marketing.
Meanwhile, Ruopfuzhano Whiso, model, host, and content creator, spoke about content creation and fashion industry. She asked the students to develop passion and develop interpersonal skills.
Thejoto Nienu, journalist, in his speech encouraged the students to capitalise their talents and to not be complacent but to push to their limit with determination. On the occasion, the college also felicitated the college topper Kuvutoli Swu, and distinction holders Zhopilu Huire, Shekaholi Sema, Thsüji Nyuthe, Thejangunuo Leno, Meyieno Kiso, Easter Jeshing and Bentakum C. Chang.
The programme was led by Hoka Awomi and began with an invocation by Muthiam, president Evangelical Union.
Welcome address was delivered by Abeino, Academic Dean, and vote of thanks by Rhovelu Soho.
The college also observed World Photography Day where Mejapiyong won the photography competition and runner-up as Murheo Khusoh.
