A certificate distribution programme on Demand Driven Skill Development Programme (DDSDP) on Steel Fabrication was held at Alaphra Group Conference Hall, Dimapur, on December 21. The event was graced by deputy director, Directorate of Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, ZubemoTsanglao, as special guest.
A press release by Alaphra Group, informed that 200 educated unemployed youths from Nagaland were trained over a period of three months on key fabrication functions such as welding, cutting, and polishing. The training encompassed theoretical knowledge as well as practical fabrication experience. The training programme was supported by Directorate of Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, government of Nagaland and implemented by Alaphra Group.
