Chakhesang Hoho Kohima holds general session

DIMAPUR: Chakhesang Hoho Kohima (CHK) held its general session on July 25 at RCEMPA, Jotsoma near Kohima.
Z.Lohe, former speaker, Nagaland Legislative Assembly and Rothihu Tetseo, IGP (INT), PHQ, addressed the gathering.
CHK president Dozohu Tunyi delivered presidential address while CHK general secretary Mutsivoyi Kotso and CHK finance secretary Lhuvesayi Lohe presented CHK building construction report and finance report respectively.
The session was chaired by CHK vice president Neizulo Therie while Rev. Dr. Thujoneyi Veswuh, associate pastor CBCMHK invoked God’s blessings.
CHK legal secretary Vekhotso Swuro delivered welcome address.
Folk tune was presented by Chakhesang Cultural Research Institute, Chetheba and Rose Vero.
Rev. Dr. Kevekhalo Lasuh, senior pastor CBCK prayed for installation of new office bearers while Rev. Khrotso Mero, advisor CBCK pronounced benediction.
Meanwhile, CHK Nomination Committee convenor Theja Therieh has announced the new team of CHK and Chakhesang Youth Organization Kohima (CYOK) for the tenure 2026- 2029.
CHK: president- Dozhohu Tunyi, vice president- Neizulo Therie, general secretary- Mutsivoyi Kotso while the CYOK will be led by president- Medotso Khape and general secretary- Avizo Nienu.
