Charitable organisations visit institutions in Kohima

On the occasion of Republic Day celebration, charitable organizations across Kohima extended their outreach by visiting various institutions to spread cheer and goodwill.


The Gorkha Public Panchayat visited the State Mental Health Institute. Gorkha Public Panchayat Kohima Chandmari also visited Kohima Leprosy Clinic, Naga Bazar Colony Kohima and distributed ration items with the inmates and staff.


Similarly, the Puliebadze Club reached out to the students of Tabitha Enabling Academy. The Indian Red Cross Society spent the day at the Old Age Home and the Masjid Committee made their way to the Kohima Orphanage & Destitute Home.


At the District Jail, the Nagaland Contractors & Suppliers Union shared words of encouragement with the inmates. Meanwhile, the Kohima Chamber of Commerce & Industry visited the Bright Morning Star Orphanage Periezie.


The Angami Women Organization reached out to residents of Cherry Blossom, while the Rotary Club extended their support to Jo Foundation. The Classic Club visited Cradle Ridge.
