CHF distributes sanitary napkins to school girls

As part of the charity campaign for menstrual hygiene education, the Child Help Foundation (CHF) distributed sanitary pads to the school girls of Ghokito village, Dimapur on February 27. 

The foundation also educated the middle school and higher school girls and their mother on the proper usage and disposal of sanitary pads as well.

Earlier, the program started with a prayer by youth pastor NCRC, Alen Swu and welcome speech by council chairman, Ahoshe Kiho.

Yashica explained and shared on how million women and girls in India do not have access to safe menstrual hygiene products, endangering their health, curtailing their education and putting their livelihood at risk.
