A jungle fire that reportedly broke out Wednesday afternoon near Chiechama village under Kohima district was brought under control after the fire tenders from Kohima were pressed into service. According to fire and emergency service personnel, there was no report of any casualty in the fire incident. The cause of fire and the area of jungle destroyed were yet to be ascertained, they said.
