Chozuba taxis suspend service

In protest against the pitiable road condition, the Chozuba Range Taxi Union (CRTU) in association with heavy vehicles owners have stopped plying along Chozuba-Kohima via Kijumetou road and Chozuba-Kohima via Chetheba road since October 30. In a press release, CRTU informed the travellers that taxi service and commercial vehicles would be suspended till November 1 from 5am to 5pm. Further, the union has threatened to impose total bandh if the government failed to address the road issue within 20 days.
