Chumoukedima: ESIC organizes health camp

An awareness and health camp was organized by Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) & Labour Department, Nagaland on February 24 at M.I. Industry, Khuvanala Industrial Estate, Chumoukedima.
It may be mentioned that ESIC is observing ‘Special Fortnight Services’ across India from February 24 to March 10, 2026 to commemorate 75 years of its service to the workers and their family members.
The ESIC, Dimapur along with EPFO will also organize a grievance redressal day at Holy Cross Higher Secondary School, Dimapur on February 2 and an awareness & free health camp will be held on March 3, at Nili Motors, Purana Bazar, Dimapur. Further, in the month of January, ESIC had disbursed an amount of Rs.37601/- to ESIC beneficiaries towards Sickness Benefit (SB), Temporary Disablement Benefit (TDB), Permanent Disablement Benefit (PDB), Dependants’ Benefit (DB), Maternity Benefit (MB) and other benefits. Also, more than 150 beneficiaries have availed medical benefit from ESIC during the month in the State of Nagaland.
