Churches Colony Dimapur GB has informed the business establishments within Churches Colony to stop using the name “City Tower Area” or “City Tower” while referring to their location. In a press release, Churches colony GB, N. Ghoshito Achumi, reminded that the name “City Tower” solely referred to the former building that now housed HDFC/Bandhan Bank.
To avoid any confusion and maintain accurate nomenclature, the GB has notified all the businesses within Churches Colony to use the proper and official term, which is “Churches Colony” or those establishments along I. Vikheshe Sumi Road stretch could use ‘Churches Colony, I. Vikheshe Sumi Road’, and those establishments along Tajen Ao Road stretch could use ‘Churches Colony, Tajen Ao Road’.
The colony requested the business houses to update their signage, marketing materials, and any other relevant references to reflect the accurate name of the area by the end of the second week of February 2024. Failing which, the colony office would be left with no other options but to initiate its own course of action.
