Chang Tribal Council (CKS) 72nd general session inaugural programme was held on April 27 at Tuensang HQ with minister of RD and REPA C. L. John as chief guest.
The minister in his speech encouraged the Eastern Nagas to maintain the spirit of oneness among the tribes. He discouraged depending on easy money and urged people to remain self dependent by using all available resources especially in the field of promoting economic condition, growth and progress as well.
