Nagaland chief minister T.R. Zeliang has extended warm greetings on the festive occasion of Aoling and Monyu celebrated by Konyak and Phom tribes respectively. In his message, the chief minister expressed hope that the weeklong celebration and blessings of the festival would bring communities together and help in preserving their unique and rich cultural heritage and traditions. Further, he wished that the festivals would not only strengthen the spirit of unity and oneness but herald a new era of peace, prosperity and happiness for all. The chief minister has wished both communities a happy and peaceful celebration.
