State chief minister Neiphiu Rio will launch the Online Inner Line Permit (ILP) module for all the categories of ILP applicants, developed by the Directorate of Information Technology & Communication in consultation with the Home Department.
The programme will be held on December 16 at 10 a.m. at CM’s residential complex, Kohima.
