State chief minister has convened a meeting with all line Departments/Sectoral Departments on October 18, 2023 at 10am in the Secretariat Conference Hall, Kohima to discuss the status of preparation and road map for celebration of the Hornbill Festival, 2023. All responsible have been requested to attend the meeting positively.
