In view of the state mourning for seven days being observed all over the country on account of passing away of Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam, former President of India, the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) has advised all legislators to refrain from attending festivals/celebrations as chief guest to avoid possible misunderstandings.
