Council of Nagalim Churches (CNC)has urged all Naga churches, organisations, institutions, families, and individuals to observe ‘Naga National Prayer Day’ on October 19 and every third Sunday of October.
CNC general secretary Rev. Seksim Kasar said the Naga people, though blessed through generations, now face a critical moment marked by sin, division, corruption, and moral decay. He stressed that unless the people return to God in humility and repentance, “our land will not be healed, but destroyed.”
Rev. Kasar called on all Nagas to engage in heartfelt prayer for the nation, communities, villages, and families, highlighting this year’s theme: “O God, Heal Us” (Hosea 6:1–3).
He urged everyone, near or abroad, to unite in prayer, rise early, seek God’s face, humble themselves, and turn from unrighteous ways.
He expressed hope that the Spirit of God would move powerfully among the people and called for a united return to the Lord so that the Naga nation may rise healed, renewed, and united under God.
