Council of Nagalim Churches (CNC) has expressed sincere gratitude to all for the success of the ‘prayer summit’, a prayer programme for the nation held on October 25 at the Agrei Expo, 4th Mile Dimapur.
CNC general secretary Rev. Seksim Kasar said It was because of the love of God and people’s cooperation and support, that the CNC could successfully host the prayer summit.
Council of Nagalim Churches, in partnership with all the denominational heads under the Nagaland Joint Christian Forum (NJCF) expressed profound gratitude to all participants, who came from far and near bearing all the pains in order to pray for the nation and the people.
“By the grace of God, the Prayer Summit saw a mammoth turnout of around 4000 believers and worshippers of God from every nook and corner of Nagalim,” Kasar staetd.
The organizers thanked all the well wishers, media fraternity for the wide publicity, volunteers/ushers from UT-I led by CAO and secretary, widows of Naga freedom fighters, secretaries of GPRN, security personnel from Naga Army.
The organizers particularly thanked Nagaland government, chief minister Neiphiu Rio and colleagues, former CM, T.R. Zeliang and colleagues, Forum for Reconciliation, Agri department, Police and Medical department who provided health service for free to the devotees.
The organizers also specially thanked the collective leadership, vice chairman ‘gen.’ (Retd) Kholi Konyak, general secretary Th. Muivah and members, Home authorities led by steering committee convener, Rh. Raising and kilo kilonser HukaviYeptho, physical arrangement committee members headed by kilonser KihotoYepthomi, Churches and individual house holders who welcome and hosted several guests on their own expenses.
Further, the organizers thanked the moderators, choirs, artists, speakers, prayer ministers and minister of the affirmation.
Meanwhile, CNC has expressed regrets and sought pardon from those people whose names may have been left out. “We know they deserve our appreciation. Again, if there is any inconvenience caused to any worshipper at the Prayer Summit, we humbly tender our apology for your forgiveness,” it added.
CNC has also sought the continued cooperation and support of all even in the future.
