Compensation for 2-lane project

Deputy commissioner (DC) Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie has informed the concerned land owners that damage compensation for Kohima – Jessami two-lane project would be paid in the office of the deputy commissioner, Kohima under the package and chainage numbers and as per the date and time.

According to DIPR report, the DC informed that the package -1 (Ch 7+880 – Ch 29/600 = 21,800 Kms) would be paid from June 21 to June 23 at 10 a.m., while package – 2 (Ch 29+600 – Ch. 37+100 = 7500 Kms) would be paid on June 24 and June 25 at 10 a.m.

The DC has requested the concerned landowners to be present physically and to bring along four recent passport size photos (not to scan) and Aadhaar Card (Xeroxed)/ID proof and bank passbook (front page Xeroxed).

Further, they have also been informed that payment to any other representative other than the concerned person would not be entertained.

All the beneficiaries have been requested to maintain the laid down SOPs of the government.
