All officers and staff of Nagaland Civil Secretariat have been directed to attend the state level function (celebration of 75th Independence Day) compulsorily to be held at Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza on August 15.
The officials of the Secretariat were directed to also attend the evening programme of the day at the Secretariat Plaza.
The staff can use the Secretariat bus, which will start from their respective pick up points at 8 am on for attending the function.
Meanwhile, all administrative Heads of Department have been requested to make arrangements for the attendance of their respective staff present in the function and submit the attendance sheet to Home Department for necessary action. Supervisors have been entrusted to take attendance of the Grade IV staff of the Nagaland Civil Secretariat. Further, officers and staff attending the function have been asked to adhere to COVID-19 appropriate behaviours in the form of wearing masks, maintaining social distancing etc.
