Condolence message for late Mhonshan Murry

Mhonshan Murry, former minister of Nagaland had passed away on January 1 at Kohima after a prolonged illness. Late Mhonshan Murry belonged to Okotso village under Wokha district. Late Mhonshan Murry was born on March 27, 1944. He graduated from Cotton College, Guwahati and did LLB from Government Law College, Bombay. He was 72 and survived by 5 daughters.  Various condolences have poured in from individuals and organizations. 
Chotisuh Sazo: Speaker of Nagaland Legislative Assembly, Chotisuh Sazo in a condolence message had expressed deep sorrow to hear of the demise of late Mhonshan Murry. Sazo stated that late Mhonshan was elected as member of Nagaland Legislative Assembly in the Third Assembly and subsequently appointed as minister of State in different capacities. He was also re-elected as member from the same constituency in the fourth general election and was appointed as minister of State for Information & Publicity, Tourism, Law & Parliamentary Affairs. Sazo on his own behalf and on behalf of NLA conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and pray that the departed soul rest in eternal peace. 
Y. Patton: Home minister, Y. Patton in a condolence message expressed shock at the  passing away of late Mhonshan Murry (Asha). Patton described late Mhonshan as one of the successful politicians from the district and he had contributed for the betterment of the people and the youths of the Wokha district. Patton stated that in his death, the Naga people have lost a Naga leader and the void created by his death would be difficult to fill. Along with his wife, Patton conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members and peace to the departed soul. .
NPF Kohima: Naga People’s Front, (NPF) central Hq. Kohima has mourned the demise of late Mhonshan Murry who had passed away on January 1. In a condolence message, NPF termed that with the death of late Murry they had lost an efficient leader whose contribution towards people’s welfare was immense. It described late Mhonshan as a person with legal acumen who had retired from active politics since quite some years. NPF further conveyed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
K. Therie: NPCC president, K. Therie in a condolence message expressed sorrow at the news of the passing away of late Mhonshan Murry. Therie described late Mhonshan as a tall statesman and pioneer politician who held many important instrumental positions during his career. His passing away has caused a vacuum which would be difficult to fill and the loss was shared not only by the bereaved family members but also by the people of the community and state, stated Therie. Therie also conveyed deep condolences to the bereaved family members and pray the Almighty God comfort and console them and that the departed soul rest in peace. 
Ex-parliamentarians: President of ex-parliamentarians, T. Khongo in a condolence messaged described late Mhonshan Murry as a dedicated leader who had tirelessly worked for the upliftrnent of the people. Khongo stated that late Mhonshan’s desire to serve the people with humility made him live a life of principle as public leader. Khongo further stated that his passing away was an irreparable loss to the state in general and the Lothas in particular. Stating that the valuable contributions he rendered to the people as a politician, social worker and statesman for the cause of the people will always be cherished, Khongo also prayed that the departed soul rest in eternal peace.
