All Nagaland Hindi Teachers Union (ANHTU) has expressed grief over the sudden demise of M. Piyongtemjen Jamir, who passed away on June 13.

In a condolence note, ANHTU president Ruchunlo Tep described late Jamir as the pioneer of Hindi language in Nagaland, who spent all his life for the propagation and the development of the language.

While maintaining that words seemed inadequate to express its sadness over the demise of late M. Piyongtemjen Jamir, ANHTU conveyed deepest condolences to the grieving family members.

CGBA: Chakhroma Gaon Burah Association (CGBA) has mourned over the demise of Neingusie Meyase, who passed away on June 12.  In a condolence note, CGBA president Rokovitso Kuotsu and general secretary, Thepfukuo Nagi said that late Meyase was one of the senior most members of CGBA who rendered his valuable service to the association in different capacities for several decades. 

It said that the association had lost a real pillar who was a lifelong advisor of the association. 

Further, CGBA prayed that God would grant strength and solace to the bereaved family.
