According to DIPR report, delivering keynote address, SCERT Director Keviraleü Kerhuo welcomed participants and acknowledged the presence of various departments and associations including DoSE, NBSE, SCTE, NECTAR, ANPSA, ANSTA, and the Diocese.

She stated that Nagaland will use SQAAF as a transformative tool to redefine school quality, with SCERT leading its development in close collaboration with stakeholders.
She urged all participants to contribute actively to making the framework relevant and practical, ensuring quality education for every child in the state.
