Consumer rights awareness held at Singrijan

With the aim of ensuring fair trade practices, accurate measurements and safeguarding consumer rights, the Department organised an awareness programme on the theme “Accurate Measurement, Safe Products – Confident Consumers” on April 20 at Government Higher Secondary School, Singrijan, Chümoukedima.
The programme sought to strengthen consumer confidence while equipping participants with knowledge to prevent commercial malpractices and address grievances effectively.
