Nagaland on Friday recorded two fresh Covid-19 positive cases while one more patient succumbed to the infection.
One case each were reported in Kohima and Tuensang, taking the total caseload to 32130.
According to Health department’s bulletin, one more patient succumbed to the virus in Dimapur, pushing the death toll to 699 (including 16 non-Covid deaths but with positivity).
Meanwhile, a total of 1296072 persons have been inoculated against Covid-19 till December 3, including 742685 first dose and 553387 second dose.
PTI: With 9,216 new coronavirus infections being reported in a day, the country’s total tally of COVID-19 cases rose to 3,46,15,757, while the active cases increased to 99,976, according to the Union Health Ministry data updated on Friday.
The death toll climbed to 4,70,115 with 391 fresh fatalities, including 320 from Kerala.
