College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Jalukie, celebrated Hindi Day at St. Xavier School, Jalukie and, as part of the Hindi Week festivities various events were organized by the college from September 14 to 23.
On September 19, the event on promotion of the essence of the Hindi language among students through awareness programme on Rajbhasha was organised followed by an essay writing competition among students in Hindi. The programme was graced by Dr I Shakuntala, Dean of Veterinary College, Dr Tukheswar, Dr Raghubir, Mr Gaurav Saxena and principal, vice principal, Hindi teachers along with students.
