Dimapur Police has informed that the road stretch below flyover along Dimapur railway siding, from Blue Hill, Police Assistant Booth till exit point of flyover Y-Junction will be closed from April 16-30.
In an advisory, Commissioner of Police Dimapur K Sophie stated that the road was being closed to ensure smooth and safe execution of impending construction/development of existing 2-lane pavement including strengthening of NH-36 with dry lean concrete and pavement quality concrete works. CP, therefore, advised commuters to plan their road travel accordingly.
