CPE programme will be strictly implemented: NSPC

DIMAPUR, AUG 1 (NPN)

Nagaland State Pharmacy Council (NSPC) has reminded all the registered pharmacists in the state that the Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) programme, which was kept on hold since the outbreak of COVID-19, would be strictly implemented in the State as per the provision and mandated of the Pharmacy Practice Regulation 2015.
In a press release, NSPC registrar Khele Thorie pointed out that as per regulations, the pharmacist, for renewal of registration, must attend minimum two refresher courses in Pharmacy of minimum one day duration each in a span of 5 years and produce certificates at the time of renewal of registration. NSPC has, therefore, informed that it would be conducting next round of CPE programmes in a zone wise manner, adding that time, date and venue would be notified in due course of time.
