CRPO calls off proposed bandh

Chizami Range Public Organization (CRPO) Tuesday informed that it has decided to call off its proposed 12-hour total bandh on January 21 in view of the prompt response by the power department in repairing and restoring the IMVA-33/11 KV power transformer. While appreciating the department for “prompt response”, the CRPO further appealed to the department for replacement with new transformer at Pfutsero to be shifted and installed at Chizami sub-division at the earliest.
