Chukitong Town Public Organisation (CTPO) has condemned the acts of three individuals Nzubemo, Myanthung and Nchumbemo from Chukitong, Wokha district, who were recently arrested by Mokokchung police along with five others in connection with the theft of vehicles.
In a press statement, CTPO chairman Mhonthung Patton and general secretary Yanpvuo Humtsoe lauded the efforts of the police in nabbing the accused and appealed to the law enforcing agencies to award them befitting punishment as per the law of the land.
Further, CTPO warned that it would not tolerate any anti-social elements and activities in its area, adding that the general public would initiate own course of action in such cases.
