Current political landscape in Nagaland regrettable: Dr Jamir

Former Chief Minister and Governor, Dr. SC Jamir, expressed dismay at the current political landscape in Nagaland, deeming it a regrettable departure from the vision of the founding fathers.

Speaking at the silver jubilee celebrations of the Nagaland University Students’ Union (NUSU), he likened the situation to the proverbial “blind leading the blind,” emphasizing the need for a forward-thinking approach among Naga leaders.
