Changki Village Council (CVC) has informed general public that without the specific clearance and formal approval of the CVC, no written publication either in the form of article, book, pamphlet, poster in any print media, or posting through electronic platform of any kind, touching on the founding history, clan system or historical narration of Changki polity, church, customary laws, practices and clan nomenclature should be brought out by anyone.
CVC cautioned that violation of the same by anyone shall attract customary actions by Changki Village Council in accordance to Changki customary laws and practices.
