Cherüdiki Women Organisation (CWO) has vehemently condemned the barbaric and satanic act committed to one of its members, a mother of two daughters by one Vekhota Sapu of Phügimi village who had repeatedly raped and robbed her on October 13 at the way side of Rüsoma village.

A condemnation note from CWO president, Kevizeneinuo Pienyü and secretary, Küdutalü Mezhü has urged the higher authority to award stringent and befitting punishment to the culprit according to the law of the land and not to grant bail in any form.

CWO also conveyed deepest sympathy to the victim and pray to God to grant her solace to overcome the physical and mental trauma.
