CWSU condemns August 24 incident

The Chenwetnyu Students’ Union (CWSU) has vehemently condemned the deplorable act of ASI in-charge of police thana Chen Hqs. Mon district on August 24 at around 3 p.m near KSU office in a case of drunken driving.  
A condemnation note by Chenwetnyu Students’ Union vice president, Shaboh and general secretary, Wakho stated that the inebriated ASI had hit JE PWD (Road & Bridges) W. Winlao who was walking on the footpath from behind, thereby critically injuring the victim. 
Chenwetnyu Students’ Union strongly condemned the concerned officer who was supposed to maintain law and order but ironically in possession of spasmo proxyvon capsules which was an utter violation of law. 
Chenwetnyu Students’ Union further stated that such act should be condemned by every right thinking citizen.
