The Deputy Commissioner Longleng John Tsulise Sangtam has informed to all concerned that damage compensation for two lane construction of the Merangkong–Tamlu–Mon road of SARDP–NE under Longleng district will be electronically transferred into the accounts of beneficiaries after undertakings are signed.
According to DIPR, all the beneficiaries under phase-A, of both package–I (Design chainage 0.00 to 20.00 Km) and package–II (Design chainage 20.00 to 40.00 Km) under Tamlu sub-division of Longleng district have been directed to submit their respective account numbers to the ADC Tamlu and sign the undertaking within one week.
Those with no bank accounts have been directed to open their savings accounts within a week and submit their details to the Tamlu ADC.
It further directed the Bank management of SBI Longleng to facilitate the beneficiaries in opening their saving accounts within the stipulated period.
No cash payments will be made to any beneficiary.
