Foothill Unit-Dimapur Ao Lanur Telongjem (youth organization) under the aegis of Dimapur Ao Lanur Telongjem (DALT) held its foundation day on Tuesday.
A press release from DALT president, Aotemsu and vice president, Tiatemsü stated that, all Ao lanur (youth) between 20 to 55 years residing from Naga United to Nuiland and Seithekima to Kuhuboto will fall on this jurisdiction.
Seasonal chairman Achen Imchen stated that their purpose was to unify/strengthen and to uphold the Ao Naga identity and Nagas in general.
It also stated that the Foothill Unit DALT should move forward in society and work with unity and be truth and justice seeker for the Nagas.
Earlier, the programme began with an invocation by pastor Yanger Ozukum (Showuba area Ao Baptist Fellowship), and Satem Lemtur pastor (Naga United Ao Baptist Arogo) dedicated the new team.
