Discipleship Bible College (DBC) held the first convocation for doctor of ministry – a joint program of Programme for Theology and Cultures in Asia and DBC and Master of Divinity (distance education) – at the College Campus on June 29.
During the convocation service, eight scholars (six doctor of ministry and two master of divinity) were conferred with degrees by D. Min. Studies consultant of the college and executive director, FTESEA, USA, Rev. Dr. Wati Longchar, who also delivered the convocation address, and the dean of D.Min. Studies, Dr. Imsenperong and Dean of M.Div. Distance Education, Dr. Takayaba.
The convocation service was chaired by associate professor Shanthungo Ezung; invocation prayer, welcome address and Bible reading was done by the academic dean of the college, Dr. Husazulu Chuzho, chairmen BoG of the College, Dr. Lima Jamir and associate professor, Dr. Alem Sangtam respectively.
The convocation programme culminated with a dedicatory prayer and benediction by the convocation speaker.
