Duncan Bosti Council (DBC) has unanimously resolved in its meeting held on November 21 at Duncan Bosti Community Hall, not to install the proposed prepaid meter plan by department of Power, Nagaland. A press release by DBC stated that, it has decided to carefully deliberate and study the plan before it was actually implemented in the field as anomalies have been found in the billing. Hence it has requested the concerned department to consult the DBC before it was installed.
