Deputy Commissioner (DC) and chairman District Health Society (DHS) Kohima has informed all public residing under Kohima municipal jurisdiction (19 wards) that the National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) under the Directorate of Health & Family Welfare would be undertaking first of its kind community based activity on vulnerability mapping and assessment/diseases profiling for urban health from November 1 to 7.
DC and DHS Kohima infomered that urban ASHAs, ANMs and Anganwadi workers would be conducting household survey and interview head of the household to record data in a prepared survey format. In this regard, the general public have been requested to provide co-operation during the activity.

SDO (C) Sadar Kohima, Moakumzuk Tzudir, has informed that the National Urban Health Mission (NUHM) has also asked all the colony residents to extend their cooperation to ensure accountability and active participation.
