
Noting that the number of registration in the Vidyalaya needed to be increased, DC Dimapur, Anoop Kinchi suggested for starting 10+2 science and commerce streams and also emphasised on filling the vacant seats for class VI and VIII. According to DIPR, the DC made this suggestion at the meeting with the Vidyalaya Management Committee (VMC) on December 2 in the conference Hall of DC Dimapur.
The DC also informed the VMC members that the phase B construction of girls dormitory should be speed up. Suggestions were also made for a warden post in boy’s dormitory. Kinchi also advised the VMC to put all efforts for improvement of results. The meeting also discussed issues regarding shortage of LPG in the mess and for which the DC suggested for approaching the gas agency in Dimapur for increasing the number of gas cylinders.
