The deputy commissioner (DC) Mokokcung, Thsuvisie Poji, has informed that JKM Infra Works, Guwahati Assam has been permitted to carry out blasting of stone at the construction site of two-lane road between DEF Church to Yisemyong on NH-61 Angetyongpang Tzu River area on August 3, 2023 between 6pm and 9pm with certain terms and conditions.
DC informed that contractor would ensure safety and security of the life and property of public using the road. The company has been directed to follow all the relevant Rules of the explosives Act/Rules 2008. Further, DC stated that JKM Infra Works would be responsible for any damages of life and property. The permit would remain valid for August 3, 2023 only.
