Deputy commissioner (DC) Mokokchung has informed that an assessment camp for distribution of aid and assistive devices by ALIMCO under Rashtriya Vayoshee Yojan (for senior citizens) and assistance to Disabled Persons of Purchase (ADIP) schemes has will be held at— IMDH, Mokokchung (July 5, 10 am), CHC Mangkolemba (July 6, 10 am), CHC, Changtongya (July 7, 10 am) and CHC Tuli (July 8, 10 am).
According to a DIPR report, DC informed that following documents are to be produced (mandatory) by beneficiaries of Rashtriya Vayoshree Yojna—passport size photo, copy of age & address proof (AADHAR card/voter ID) or any valid government ID card, income certificate (equal to or below Rs. 15000/ month) issued by an appropriate authority (any gazette officer) and photo copy of proof of receiving old age pension under IGNOAPS or any other state government pension for BPL categories.
For assistance under ADIP schemes, beneficiaries have been asked to produce—passport size photo showing disability, photocopy of address proof (AADHAR card/voter ID) or any valid government ID card, income certificate (equal to or below Rs. 15000/ month) issued by appropriate authority (any gazette officer) and disability certificate having disability 40% or above.
