Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mokokchung, Shashank Pratap Singh has informed all pensioners (life/family) of Mokokchung headquarters that in order to facilitate printing of card for Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS), operators shall be available with effect from April 17, 10 a.m. onwards at the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Mokokchung office during office hours.
In a notification, DC Mokokchung said if pensioners have already registered on the portal, the pensioners/representative are to produce Aadhaar card and family ID. If the family ID is not generated, the pensioner has been asked to come personally with Pensioner Payment Order (PPO), Aadhaar card and registered sim card linked with Aadhaard card.
